Timothy Wayne Fetter, a 48-year-old White male, was fatally shot near his family's auto shop on East Old Hickory Boulevard. Fetter, a known motorcycle enthusiast and member of the Brotherhood of Steel Horses, was discovered outside his red Pontiac GTO with multiple gunshot wounds. The preliminary investigation suggested that an individual in a light-colored sedan had fired several shots at him. In a heart-wrenching turn of events, Fetter died in his father's arms at the scene of the crime.
For over a year, the case remained a painful mystery for Timothy Fetter's loved ones, who actively campaigned for 'Justice for Timmy'. Stefanie Hernandez, 27, was arrested at her workplace, a home improvement store in Nashville, and was also indicted on a charge of second-degree murder.
