In a tragic turn of events stemming from a domestic dispute, 26-year-old Charqwan Howse was fatally shot in Madison, Tennessee. The incident unfolded after a pregnant woman reported to a relative that she had been physically assaulted by her boyfriend, Tony Wray, age 29.
