Elmer Allen Rea, a 41-year-old man from Nashville, was tragically killed on October 3, 2020, in Madison, Tennessee. Rea was shot multiple times in the rear parking lot of the InTown Suites on Myatt Drive around 2 a.m. According to police reports, Rea was walking in the parking lot when a black four-door sedan pulled up. The gunman, who was initially inside the vehicle, had a brief verbal interaction with Rea before getting out and shooting him. The suspect then fled the scene in the vehicle.
