In the early evening hours of October 16, 2024, a tragic event unfolded on Gallavista Avenue in Madison, Tennessee, that would claim the life of 18-year-old Micah Anthony Pruitt. A Black/African American male from the nearby city of Gallatin, Pruitt was a student at Portland High School, born on December 4, 2005. The vibrant teenager, remembered for his spirited personality, found himself in a situation that would ultimately prove fatal.
