Lemar Thomas, a 34-year-old male from Madison, TN, tragically died on June 5, 2016, from injuries sustained during a shooting incident. The incident occurred at the Berkley Hills Apartments, near Burkely Drive and Argle Avenue, shortly before 11:30 p.m. Thomas was shot during a confrontation with James DeMoss, a 30-year-old man who had allegedly assaulted and threatened his wife and two others inside the apartment complex earlier that evening.
