Patrick Jamal Washington, a 32-year-old African American man from Madison, Tennessee, was tragically found shot to death on April 19, 2021. His body was discovered in a ditch along Interstate 65 in Kentucky, near the 15-mile marker, the day after his silver Jeep Commander was found abandoned on the shoulder of I-65 in Madison with bullet holes and blood visible.
