In a tragic sequence of events on the evening of October 13, 2022, Terry Farmer, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot in Madison, Tennessee. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Rio Vista Drive following a brief altercation.
