In the early evening of January 4, 2023, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a parking lot at Madison Park in Madison, Tennessee. Eric D. Baker, a 19-year-old Black male, was discovered in the driver's seat of his Nissan Sentra, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Baker, who was born on April 30, 2003, was an employee of both Amazon and Uber Eats. In his free time, he enjoyed playing basketball and video games.
