On May 8, 2022, Preston Jass, a 29-year-old man from Madison, Tennessee, was found shot to death in the parking lot of the 18 Thirty Apartments on Spring Branch Drive. The incident occurred early Sunday morning around 3:00 a.m., when Metro police responded to a shooting call.
