On a Thursday evening in Nashville, 66-year-old Charles Smith was fatally shot in what police have described as an apparent targeted murder. The incident occurred outside of Resha's Market on 25th Avenue North. Smith, a male, was a familiar face in the area, often known to spend time with friends near the market.
