On November 25, 2023, at approximately 8:36 p.m., a shooting incident occurred in the Juniata Park neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. The incident took place on the 4000 block of Ormond Street.
The first victim, identified as 58-year-old Richard Respes, sustained multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body. Emergency responders transported him to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:08 p.m.
