On February 20, 1976, 16-year-old Carl Sawyer was found shot to death in Waipahu, Honolulu, Hawaii. Earlier that evening, Carl had been attending a carnival at Waipahu High School with friends. Around 11 p.m., his body was discovered in a nearby area on Moloalo Street, just a short distance from the school.
