Death by Force

On the evening of November 15, 2023, 32-year-old Burnie Pleasant was fatally shot outside the Gourmet & Organic smoke shop located at 217 West 116th Street in Harlem, New York. The incident occurred shortly after 9 p.m., when Pleasant was found unconscious with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso, legs, and back.
