On October 15, 2023, at approximately 5:30 a.m., 32-year-old Harlem resident Steven Mussington was fatally shot in the head inside Foxy Fitness and Pole Training Studios, located at 355 Seventh Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The establishment, known to operate as an after-hours strip club without proper permits, was hosting a party at the time of the incident.
