On New Year's Day in 2020, a family dispute tragically escalated, resulting in the death of 37-year-old Steven Gadsden in New York, NY. The male victim was fatally shot on the Upper West Side of Manhattan following a heated argument. The incident unfolded inside a minivan where Gadsden was a passenger along with his nephew, Cardell Gadsden, who was an off-duty corrections officer at the time.
