Steven Rivera, a 50-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on August 15, 2021, in El Monte, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Rivera was shot near 3813 Gilman Road. The incident occurred while he was in the driver's seat of his car, which was parked on the curb line in front of a house. He sustained a gunshot wound to his upper torso, leading to his untimely death.
