Waddell Tate, a 97-year-old World War II veteran, was brutally killed in his home on July 21, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. Tate, who was known as "Pop Pop" to his family, was discovered unresponsive by his daughter after she rushed over when he did not answer the phone.
