On a tragic afternoon in Rochester, New York, 18-year-old Devin Michael Barstow, a White male, was fatally shot on October 7, 2024. The incident unfolded around 4 p.m. in the rear parking lot of Charles T. Lunsford School No. 19 on Seward Street. Despite suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Barstow managed to run approximately 200 yards to the porch of a vacant house on Flint Street, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
