In the crisp autumn air of November 11, 2014, a tragic event unfolded in Rochester, New York, that cut short the life of Jamal Chester, a 21-year-old male. On that day, a group of individuals descended upon a residence at 26 Ludwig Park with the intention of committing a robbery. This ill-fated plan would ultimately lead to the untimely death of Chester.
