Keith Brown, a 19-year-old from Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on June 30, 2015. The incident occurred in the afternoon at the corner of St. Paul and Norton Streets. Brown was walking with a friend from a gas station convenience store when he was shot in the back of the head.
