On the morning of July 15, 2022, Shaquan Parker, a 24-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, was tragically shot and killed while walking on Wellington Avenue. According to the Rochester Police Department, Parker was walking north on the sidewalk when he was targeted by the driver of a passing vehicle.
