On February 22, 2024, at approximately 11:45 a.m., a fatal shooting occurred inside a residence on Farragut Street in Rochester, New York. The incident resulted in the death of 27-year-old Davarcea Fort and left another 27-year-old man injured. According to the Rochester Police Department, the shooting followed a verbal dispute between the individuals involved.
