Enrique Vallon, aged 37, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2017, in Rochester, NY, during a drive-by shooting incident in Irondequoit. Vallon was a passenger in a Dodge Caravan traveling on East Ridge Road when the vehicle was targeted in a shootout between two vehicles. The van came to a stop in the parking lot of Mavis Discount Tire, where Vallon was pronounced dead at the scene.
