In the winter of 2017, a dispute that began in the city of Rochester, New York, tragically ended the life of 37-year-old Enrique Vallon. On the evening of January 6th, what started as a disagreement escalated into a mobile confrontation that spilled into the neighboring town of Irondequoit.
