On a cold December evening in Rochester, New York, the life of 24-year-old Chrishon L. Youmas was tragically cut short. On December 11, 2020, at approximately 8:10 p.m., Rochester police responded to the area of North Clinton Avenue and Clifford Avenue for reports of a shooting.
