Jarvis Rasheed Alexander, a 19-year-old from Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on September 19, 2020. Jarvis was a promising young man, known for his athletic prowess as a football player and track star. He had graduated from University Preparatory Charter School for Young Men (U-Prep) in 2019 and was attending Alfred University.
