In the winter of 2022, a young man's life was violently cut short in a gas station parking lot on Portland Avenue in Rochester, New York. Kenneth Hightower, a 24-year-old male, was discovered shot and stabbed on the evening of February 9, 2022. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at a local hospital.
