In the early hours of a cold December morning in Rochester, New York, tragedy struck, forever altering the lives of those who knew Rodney Moore. On December 23, 2020, the 55-year-old male was found on Sawyer Street with a fatal gunshot wound. The Rochester Police Department responded to a call for shots fired around 2 a.m. and discovered Moore, who was pronounced dead at the scene despite the immediate efforts of emergency responders.
