Rodney Moore, a 55-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Sawyer Street, near the intersection with Elgin Street. Police responded to a call reporting shots fired around 2 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Moore with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
