In the early summer of 2024, a life was tragically cut short in Rochester, New York. Shaquan Woods, a 26-year-old male, was inside a home on Thurston Road on the evening of Sunday, June 2nd, when he was fatally shot. The incident marked another life lost to gun violence in the city.
