On the morning of November 21, 2023, 38-year-old Kevin "Dylan" Rigdon was fatally shot outside the RTS Transit Center in Rochester, New York. The incident occurred around 7:45 a.m. as Rigdon exited the transit center onto St. Paul Street. He was followed by 44-year-old Jamel Robinson, who allegedly drew a 9mm handgun and shot Rigdon multiple times, resulting in his immediate death.
