In the early morning hours of a Tuesday in Rochester, New York, the life of 38-year-old Kevin Rigdon was tragically cut short. On November 21, 2023, what began as a verbal dispute outside the RTS Transit Center on St. Paul Street escalated into fatal violence. Rigdon, a male, was shot and killed in the encounter, which also left another man in his 40s wounded. The incident unfolded around 8 a.m., disrupting the morning commute and leaving the community shaken.
