Jeremiah Baker was a 17-year-old Black male whose life was cut short by gunfire on the evening of June 12, 2022, in Rochester, New York. Baker lived at the Harriet Tubman Estates apartment complex on William Warfield Drive in the city's Upper Falls neighborhood and was a student in the Rochester City School District's Youth and Justice Program.
