In the crisp morning air of a November Sunday in Rochester, New York, the life of 24-year-old Christopher Brock was tragically cut short. On November 18, 2018, police responded to a city street to find Brock suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal. Investigators believe the shooting occurred on a street nearby to where he was discovered.
