Louis Staples III, a 21-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on March 1, 2014. The incident occurred outside Nick's Meat Market on Lyell Avenue. According to reports, Staples was involved in a verbal altercation with another individual in the parking lot of the market.
