In the evening chill of Valentine's Day in 2022, the life of 18-year-old Dayquan Williams was tragically cut short on Pardee Street in Rochester, New York. Around 7:15 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the neighborhood's quiet. When first responders arrived, they found the young man with at least one gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, Dayquan Williams was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a male, and his death was ruled a homicide.
