In the late hours of a spring evening in Rochester, New York, 31-year-old Marshall Cameron "Mo" Knibbs was on Pardee Street, in the vicinity of Joseph Avenue, when the sound of gunfire shattered the night's quiet. It was shortly before 10:30 p.m. on April 21, 2015, when police received a call reporting the shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Knibbs suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his upper body. He was a male.
