Toni Jermaine Holmes, a 21-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2014. Holmes was found on a sidewalk with gunshot wounds at the 2500 block of W. Moncrief Road. Despite being transported to a hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
