Death by Force

On February 11, 2024, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Rochester police responded to reports of a shooting on North Goodman Street near Norton Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered two men, 49-year-old Wahid Nazario and 43-year-old Frank Rosario Vazquez, lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
