Zahr Butler, a 21-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on July 31, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on OK Terrace, shortly after Rochester police had dispersed a large crowd gathered nearby at Mazda Terrace and North Clinton Avenue.
