Tarrell McKnight, a 36-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2021, following a violent altercation. The incident occurred on Watkin Terrace, a residential street in northeast Rochester. According to reports, McKnight was shot multiple times, including a critical wound to the groin area, which led to massive bleeding.
