Willie Carter IV, a 17-year-old from Rochester, New York, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2020. Willie was found with life-threatening injuries after being shot inside a convenience store on North Clinton Avenue. He was immediately taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he underwent surgery but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries later that day.
