In April of 2020, a burst of gunfire shattered the night on Genesee Street in Rochester, New York, leaving a man fatally wounded. The victim was Nathan Bernard, a 32-year-old male who had been standing on the sidewalk with a group of people. In an instant, a figure approached and unleashed a volley of shots from a. 40-caliber handgun into the gathering.
