Rayquan Jones, an 18-year-old from Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on May 5, 2019. On that evening, Jones was seated in a vehicle parked in the driveway of 1 Maryland Street when he was shot at least once in the upper body around 7:45 p.m. Despite being rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, he was pronounced dead approximately 35 minutes later.
