Nineteen-year-old man Delwin Aponte-Charbonier died on May 31, 2025, in Rochester, New York. He was shot inside his Ward Street home in the Upper Falls neighborhood early that afternoon and was taken by private vehicle to Rochester General Hospital, where he died later the same day. Police said he suffered a single gunshot wound to the torso.
Investigators identified the alleged shooter as 23-year-old Jordan Figueroa-Olivo, who lived in the same Ward Street home as the 19-year-old man. D
