Myjel Rand, a 25-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on July 20, 2022, in a violent incident that also claimed the life of 19-year-old Richard Collinge. The shooting occurred on North Clinton Avenue near Rauber Street, a location that had experienced gunfire just hours before the fatal event.
