On a tragic day in May of 2023, a young life was cut short in Rochester, New York. Twenty-one-year-old Eric Martin Jr., a male, was going about his day, dropping a family member off at their workplace on Dewey Avenue. In a sudden and violent turn of events, a passenger in a passing car opened fire, unleashing more than a dozen shots. One of these bullets struck Martin, inflicting a fatal wound.
