It was May 3, 2021, and 26-year-old Jaquan Hill, a male resident of the city, became the victim of a fatal shooting. Responding to the sound of gunshots they had heard at approximately 9:45 a.m., probation officers working in the neighborhood discovered Mr. Hill's body.
