Shaka Nesmith, a 26-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life in a drive-by shooting on June 23, 2021. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. at the intersection of Jay and Orchard streets. According to the Rochester Police Department, Nesmith was inside his vehicle when shots were fired from a moving car.
