Jerry Howard, aged 37, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2016, in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The incident occurred on Amelia Avenue, where Howard was fatally shot multiple times with a 9mm handgun. The Rock Hill police were called to the scene and began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
