Tony J. Stephens, aged 34, was found dead on April 27, 2020, near an intersection in a rural area outside Rock Hill, South Carolina. The cause of death was a fatal shooting, and the incident quickly drew the attention of local law enforcement. The York County Sheriff's Office identified Corey Jermaine Troupe, 49, as the primary suspect in the case.
