Richard Crank Jr., a 32-year-old man from Rock Hill, South Carolina, was fatally shot on May 5, 2023, at a residence on Faires Road in Rock Hill. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. when Crank was inside the home. The York County Coroner's Office identified Crank as the victim, and an autopsy and toxicology report were scheduled to be completed in the following week.
