Glenn Tyrone Burden Jr., aged 36, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2020, in Rochester, New York. He was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred on State Street. The incident took place during a Halloween party, where multiple individuals were involved in a violent altercation.
